Default Best head and cam combo for low end?

Let me start of I have a 6000 lbs avalanche with a LQ-9 with dynatech long tubes and high flow catted y pipe, trick flow UD pully, flexalite 282 twin monster fans, K&N intake, BBK 80 mm TB , Gibson cat back dual, 160 stat , FLT 4L65 LVL 5 with a yank 2600 stall, 410 gears W/ a eaton posi, and a Nelson tune. The truck has nice top end but not so good low end I was thinking of either trick flows225 or patriots Lq-9 heads and combining the heads with a cam around 208-216 or 212-220 I was hoping for some feed back as to what would give me good low end # s. Also at some point I will do a supercharger down the line . Sorry if this is a similar post to a older post i looked and couldn't find anything relevant.

For throtle response and low end torque, keep your intake runners small. Check out AFR's 210cc cathedral port heads. Bump your compression to 11.1 and use a cam in the low 220's. Let Patrick G spec one for you on EPS lobes. Mine is being ground as we speak.

Take a good look at this thread https://www.performancetrucks.net/for...d.php?t=390058. There have also been a number of other towing/daily driver discussions over the past several years. Also, just for the record, I returned my 212/218 cam back to comp and had it reground to a 206/212 with a 112 LSA (same as their 54-408-11 cam). That's what I'll be putting in my 408 build.

Definatly look into the small runner AFR's. For a cam, I would look at the 212/218 comp cam combined with these heads. Breaking 420RWTQ should be eassssy

The 212/218 will definitely have some nice low end in a 6.0, I'd even say that you could go as big as a Vinci Trucker (216/224 .551/.551 115) considering your 2600 converter, the two would be a good match IMO. I second the short runner AFR's for heads also
