GM EOS is likely the best additive out there for break-in.

Yup, Valvoline VR-1 (non-synthetic) and one bottle of GM E.O.S Additive for a new motor break in.

Everyone has an opinion on this subject however most will tell you that you need the higher levels of ZDDP for break in...GM EOS and VR-1 are ZDDP rich.

Redline Engine Oil Break-In Additive and Valvoline 10w-30 conventional oil for the first 500 miles. I'll tell you on about 100k miles how good it worked... :-)

Thats what i ended up getting. Many guys with 392, 426, 440 hemi stroker only use brad penn and never had a issue
