5 studs for the coils and 4 bolts for the valve cover. Not a big deal.

Yea they can break too but it should at least keep the valve up that way. Would suck to dump the valve.

I have the Comp.26918 springs and I have a tapping noise every so often.I'm going to swap springs and see if the tapping moves to the other side.I have a Comp. Cam 222/228-581/588 112+2.new ls7 lifters.Comp.harden push rods and Harlan Sharp rockers.I think I have a weak valve spring.Has anybody else had any problems with these springs?

Pick up the patriot golds, gaskets, and arp bolt tomorrow. Then start the tear town to see what all it messed up.

I've got Crane duals and Crane roller rockers in my motor, Ti retainers as well. Crane makes quality parts.....
