congrats on the super cool looking and very unique build i hope everything works out for you and i cant wait to see the results. im sure you will be very pleased with the new powerplant keep us all posted......

I've been driving the truck off & on for the last week. It's a fun drive, and a real attention getter. The sound of the engine through the flowmaster is reminiscent of a 60's muscle car. You can hear it coming from blocks away, and than to see a lowered NBS truck on 22"s making that sound, people always ask me how... very few get the fact it's a 350 and not a 4.8/5.3
I am still working out the bugs. In order to get the engine to drive right I needed to swap out the trucks original PCM for a 0411 PCM (true to the engine) with a 2002 G Van 5.7L/4L60E tune... and the PCM is untuned for my engine. For some reason the PCM is not responding to the O2 sensors and the vehicle runs in open loop. But I don't care, it's sucking gas but is still fun to drive.
The other issue I am working on is; the computer is having trouble controlling the TCC in the 2800-3200rpm stall converter. But after plugging in a manual controller to the 4L60E the TCC locks up very nicely.

great build! ive been thinking of doing the same just dont have the money right now, which do you think would be easier to build a l31 or lm7 for 02 rcsb? i had an lm7 givin to me for free that why i thought i would ask
