Default Cam

I need some help rebuilding my 2002 1500HD 6.0L. I'm getting my heads ported and polished, shorty headers, cold air intake, new coil packs along with new wires. I'm wanting a cam something to sound good and can tell I have one. Can anyone help me with this? I get lost with choosing cams

I'd skip the shortys and go long tubes. Shortys aren't worth the money to me.

And do you want to keep the factory stall with this cam?

I'll get long tubes then. Im gonna be daily driving it so I don't know if I need a after market stall? Is this something I need instead of factory stall?

Circle D has some great options for something that will fit all your needs. I would recommend something like a 222/226 if you get a stall. If you stay factory I would go more mild like a 216/220

Is something like this I would use to get a better stall?

Is this what I need to have a good stall? Will it be good for everyday driving?
