Default cam came in

im doing a custom grind cam from comp with longtubes and catless y, along with a vortech sq trim at 7lbs. msd wires, double roller timing chain, and dyno tune. cam specs are 224/236 610/610 108 lsa, i thought it sounded crazy big, but they insured me it work really well with what im doin. any opinions?

This is in a 5.3? I hope not.. First off that cam is huge for a 5.3, second you are going to have a **** load of overlap with a 108lsa. Who said that cam would work well in your setup?

That cam is not HUGE for a 5.3, my cam is fairly close to those numbers and is VERY streetable. I have no stall and driving around on the street i dont even notice that i have it in there. But i do have to agree that the lsa is to tight and would give you to much overlap with those duration numbers. I would keep all the other numbers but go with a 114 to 118 lsa depending on how much boost your running.
