Get a torquer v2 cam from tsp you'll love it JK , I like that SdCp 214/218 on a 111lsa sounds perty wicked for a 5.3 IMO....

Get a 212/218 cam just grind it on a 112lsa and it should sound nicely and give you all the low end torque you can get.

I had a TSP224R in mine, you don't want that big if you're lookin for low end. I took it out and went with a 210/220 cam. Much happier with the smaller cam.

As mentioned, an ec on 37's is going to want as much low end as possible...I'd go with a shelf grind 212/218 low lift and keep the 114, which will allow for a longer, flatter torque curve than the mentioned 111/112 recommendations. Just my .02. (If you look at the "truck cams" that are available from various manufacturers , you'll notice that many of them are ground on a 115)

Hey, that's what we're here for, to help each other. You'll get many different recommendations when it comes to cam help...best thing to do IMO is look at other guys's setups and see how they're working out, as well as doing as much research as possible.

Something else, don't be surprised if you change your mind a few times, that's normal
