Cam frustrations!!

My setup works amazing and I still don't have it fully tuned, stock timing etc...I foot brake to about 2500 and it pulls HARD out of the hole.
I was worried about my low end but i didn't lose as much as I thought I would of.

Yours also has smaller tires, more gear, more converter, and a little more compression than a regular 5.3.

^^ thats what kept getting me frustrated, i kept reading all the posts about cams and stalls, but most of them were for smaller trucks than mine is!!

you need a cam with lowened torque
comp 206/212 or 212/218 or a 210/218 vinici

any one of these will do great for those big tires
If you happen to not like it it will sell quick but i dont see you not liking one of those 3 i mentioned

Also remember that we can grind the HT1 on any lobe separation, it doesn't have to be on a 111. We can also change to other lobes etc if it needs to be tweaked for your application. It takes about a week to get it custom ground and there is no extra charge.

What brand core's are your cams ground on?
