Default Cam Install big problems!!!

I bought a new ls6 cam off a member on LS1 tech. Went to install it last night and the bitch won't go in. Brought it back to the shop today and the piece of **** is bent! I layed it on a granite surface plate and measured it with a highth gage, Its off by .025

Now my truck is torn apart and need to buy a new cam from the dealer so I can get the truck back together.

Im so F**kin pist!!!!

Hopefully he can make this right, I already gave him positive trader rating.

That really sucks dude, maybe the guy didnt know it was bent and had it lying around for a while and just decided to sell it. Is it easy to bend a cam in the LSX engines?

I have no idea. It's a new cam he bought a year ago and never installed it. Just talked to him though, hes gonna refund my money back to me. Now its time to call the stealer ship. I just bought 7.425 push rods for it too so i'll probably need to get the same cam unless there is a better one that will work with these push rods??? The problem is I need it today so I can get it back on the road and out of my buddies garage.

Thats good your getting your money back, i wonder if the LPE GT2-3 cam will work with those push rods, its very similar to the LS6 cam. You can also use the Z06 valve springs with it.
