cam specs help??

Default cam specs help??

I have an 08 Sierra 5.3L Crew Cab DD Truck, I currently have full bolt ons and my next step is to get a 3200 stall PI converter......what size cam would be good for this setup?

tr220 or tsp220... dont go any bigger than that... unless you dont reallly care about track times

Thats my main concern, doing good on the track, what size lift/lobe do you recommend?

Well the Texas speed 220/220 581/581 on a 112, that is proven cam and many guys on this site are going mid to low 12's with that cam. Just do a search on that cam you will find what your looking for!

that would be tr220/112, not texas speed...

tr is the lower lift cam ,563 or sumthin like that


tsp is 581 lift

Yes but Lance(bluecajun) is trying to say that the TR220 is the proven cam for the 5.3s that are dippin mid 12s not the TSP..
