by stock idle do you mean no sound difference at idle or no rpm defference at idle?

With the stock converter I'd go with the old 6.0L standby:

Comp 212/218, 559/563 on a 115.

For a little more stock idle just have it ground on a 116 and while you're at it get 4 degrees of advance ground in...Comp doesn't charge any more for a custom grind than they do an off-the-shelf grind.

That 212/218 would be excellent, just make sure you get the hilift version.
