I suggest if you do a cam swap, get a tuning program so you can email logs to a tuner and receive tunes via email vs. mail.
Basically, do not expect a cam to idle like stock and prepare to have tuning issues.
I am not saying don't do it, just expect a different and more aggressive idle.
Oh yeah, I suggest doing cam swaps when your truck is out of warranty or close to being out of warranty.
