Default cam for towing 5.3

I have a 04 ECSB Sierra 5.3, I am slowly beginning to mod it for more power and towing. I am going with a 3" catback, Thorley Tri-Y's, intake, and a cam. seeing how the 5.3 intake sucks for the most part, and the stock cam uses a reverse split profile, I figure GM used the reverse split for a reason. I am considering a custom cam 209/200 on a 114 with cam motion lobe profiles. I figure that should give a really nice torque bump and should hold more over for while till I get the Radix.
what is your opinion on that cam?

I did lots of research on a towing cam for my 5.3L Avalanche and went with a 205/212, .540/.540, 114+4, Cam Motion cam. Perfect with a stock converter, no lapse in power, with a solid 12-15 HP gain across the entire powerband.

FYI, GM does not do a reverse split, you must be reading the spec wrong. Some tables list the exhaust duration before the intake duration, so you have to be careful reading the specs.
