Thanks for all help guys. I could care less about the new springs. That doesn't pay for a new motor. My engine come in today Its a stock 6.0 with an 02 zo6 cam and springs. This is my daily driver/ camper hauler. Just take it to the track once and a while and have alittle fun I will give comp a call and see what they have to say.

Here is a reply that I received from Chris Brown just last week regarding my 918s. I purchased mine in 06' and I still have the box with the batch # on it so I forwarded this info. to him and this is his response. Mine also have the blue stripe on them.

Mike,

The affected 26918s are all from 2007. Yours are fine. The springs in
question have broken within the first 20 minutes of run time on the engine.
I'm pretty sure yours have already passed that test.

I'm sorry to scare you, I'm sure it's unnerving. Please rest easy, you're
in the clear.

That is what he told me too, but he still got me the new ones.... seams funny though Jerry25000 has got a lot of miles on his.... of course with a stock cam, maybe it takes a bit longer.....
