I totally agree with you!!!
I'm a laid off Steelworker, kinda funny though, the last orders we made before idling our plant was for Honda & Toyota!!
The American car companies don't buy hardly any American steel anymore.
They'd rather buy cheap lower quality Chinese steel.
I totally agree, American's should buy American products, and that includes big buisness!!!!

It is ironic isn't it? I know alot of people will say that their Honda, Toyota, or Nissan is made in America by Americans, but it is still a foriegn owned company. We import more vehicles than we export and that is troubling.

Yeah it's definately messed up!!
What steel orders the American companies do get from us, they cancelled towards the end of last year, and around the same time Toyota And Honda ordered a bunch more, cause they new we were gonna shut down for a while and they didn't wanna run out...
