I need some info on heads. Im running a 2006 avalanche with a 5.3 to start with stock bottom end and stock heads. now for the good stuff, pro charged p1sc with 15lbs. boost,3 core cooler,alky meth injected, victor jr intake,cam,long tubes, and some other custom goodies.. she now makes 560rwhp..and 480rwtrq.. on the mustang dyno. enough said seeing as im using the stock heads im kinda hoping to get a little more out of her with a good set of aftermarket heads that i can bolt on. so far ive found two sets that look good. #1 trickflow Gen-x 205, or #2 eldelbrock LINGENFELTER LS1 RPM CNC. not sure which would be better or if there are better options out there, or what i could get in gains because i hear our stock heads are pretty good. any ideas??
