Default daytona prototype motor in a truck

well i came across a set of daytona prototype internals

3.905 bore(still lookin for some pistons)
6.500 lentz rods
3.185 crank with 1.88 rod journals

im gonna put a professional products intake port matched to a set of 035 stage 3 heads with a ported and polished 90mm throttle body

and maybe some nitrous

around a 11:1 compression ratio

they run a 248/248 .590/.590 106 lsa solid roller

but im thinkin about a trex

how do u think this would go in my lifted avalanche

seriously? i couldnt think of a worse choice of engine set ups. you want to put a roadrace motor in a lifted heavy truck? that combo will probably make power from 4500-8000 RPM. a stock 4.8 would be a better choice. there are so many proven easy choices out there, but every thread i see you make, you have some new, whack idea.

get a 6.0. put on some good heads, and a 224 cam in it, and actually have a truck that will be enjoyable to drive. want something crazier than that? put a turbo on it. it will actually make power you can use. do some research. keep it simple.

If you did that, your truck would be a dog yet sound cool at an idle. This idea sounds crazier than mine of eventually wanting to drop a 4.8 crank in a 6.0 block for some high winding fun. You know, when money is no object, cause until then I'll just be having fun with a regular 6.0.

You will simply never do it because 90% of the ****-a-mamie ideas thrown around this forum never happen.

well considering im planning on a 5.13 gear

a custom grind cam with caddy lifters

90mm ported throttle body on a professional products intake yea i know heat sink but it has proven power at high rpms----------------------

i already have the internals and soon to have some 035 stage 3s

then im gonna get the compression down low havent decided how low yet
and put me a turbo on there

7500 wot shifts
4k stall
built to hell and back tranny

and yea i know heavy *** truck right i failed to mention this is going on a tube frame with a custom bag setup so there goes some weight
no more 4x4 theres some more shedded
the whole bed area is getting cutoff and im making a set of fiberglass bedsides to match the fenders for it with tubing for support
but i dont want the rear end to be two lite so im putting to spares back there

imd---i think outside the box try it some time
if i wanted to be like every1 else why even mod my truck???
