Default Dyno tune needed for 1.8 rockers and lsx intake?

I have already had a dyno tune done with all the other boltons. I have a set of 1.8 rockers that have taken me 3 months to get around to install. In this time I also received a lsx truck intake and cable 90mm throttle body from ls2

I'm installing these parts Saturday.
I know a dyno tune will help me get more out of the parts, but will the truck run fine till I get the $$$$ to do it?
