Engine heads 706 need help

These head have these marks like if their corroded
They came off a 01 gmc 5.3
Can I still run them or would I need one or is it possible to be a easy fix?

Looks like no but i would atleast look at getting them cleaned up milling.

The corrosion shouldn't be a problem, However you need a smooth surface for the factory MLS gaskets. I would recommend having the surface decked to remove the grinding marks.
