What is your current gearing and how big are those wheels/tires you have now?

With that Super charger you should have plenty of low end torque.

Are you looking at doing roll racing, from a dig racing, or taking it to the track? A little of everything lol?

I would run the 3.73 for awhile it should do fine, if you don't like it change it to something else later on.
If you have the stock g80 then change it out to something more stout like a truetrac.

agrred X2.......replace the g80 ASAP and being that the rear end is apart, you might as well swap out the gear! Dont be affraid of over gearing 4.10 or even 4.30 would be fun to drive. A higher RPM does not always burn more fuel! Our trucks are heavy, thats why they came out with the 6l80.....to get these hugh things moving (LOL). I think that you have the 4l80 tranny, so your first gear is **** with stock gearing.
