My springs are the yellow zo6 springs and comp pushrods. But my truck has some miles on it and that cam didnt help my lifters any. They are starting so have some sound at high rpm so just keep that in mind bro.
I think I've got the cam picked out, Gonna run the comp 212/218 low lift, the dyno sheet on it looks awesome for the low end, 7.350 hardened pushrods, 243 milled heads with a .030 head gasket to boost my compression a bit. Z06 springs, and I think I'm gonna go ahead and replace lifters with new LS1 lifters, I'd go with LS7, but I've already got pushrods and the LS7 lifters would require me to go back to the 7.4 PRs.
