Good "Truck" Cam?

Thanks for the reminder of the cost of justifying a cam change, was kinda burbling in the back of my mind too. Say- do ya know what the profile is of the stock cam in the 5.3? I'm kinda leaning to 4.10 ring and pinions, my mom had a Tahoe, 2001 also with 5.3 and 4.10 gears, same size tires, and it was a real joy to drive, kinda feels like I hafta put my foot in it a bit more with my setup. Living at 7,000ft only adds to the issue............
