Default great expectations?

Anyone know what I may expect from a custom tune on a 06 5.3 z71 DD? Only mod is catback flowmaster and k/n filter. Not looking to street race just perhaps better power and possible fuel mpg increase. Axle is 3.42:1 w/4l60e trans. Thanx

The tune is only as good as the tuner. You could lose power if it's tuned by a shitty tuner. Justin from Blackbear should be able to get a solid 25 rwhp and 2 mpg average out of a truck like yours.

He is in Virginia I believe. You don't have to ship anything. He sends a data log cable to you, you log the data, send it back to him, and he sends you a programmed PCM that you drop into your truck. Pretty hard to beat for $250-300(I forget exactly what he charges).
