had cams spec'd need info!!
im in canada right now on a service call for work be here for 2-3 months.... so i had comp cams do me a custom cam for this winters project if i ever get back its a ls1 turned into the 383 with 11.2 cr using my prc 2.5 heads 1 7/8 headers 3in exhaust fast 102 intake and tb
specs of the first cam were 243/251 .623/.623 112lsa 108 icl
2nd one 235/243 .620/.623 112lsa 108 icl
truck maybe sees 100 miles max a week no winters of coarse but i go to the track usually twice a month i was thinking the smaller one just for streetable use what do u guys think thanks!

I would go with the second cam. The 4k stall still might be a little on the small side for it. Remember to check your PTV clearance with either cam. With that high of a CR i'm guessing you have either dome pistons or flat top pistons and milled heads.

ya there would have valve reliefs in the pistons but when everythig get done ill make sure it has enough b4 i buy it and ya the 2nd one looks alot better to me too
and eric i got sick of the 5.3 all ready need more hp lol

cash yes time is very had to come by with bouncing all over right now for place to place for my job im hoping after this they send someone else out lol the extra pay is nice but be away from home sucks
