which heads for a 6.0
well im stuck between two pairs of cylinder heads for my 6.0 build
the PRC 220cc 5.3 2.5 cnc ported heads or the patriot performance cnc ported ls6 heads both have 59cc chambers and both have 650 lift dual springs the ls6 heads flow alittle better but are also 150 bucks more.
btw im running a stock lower end LQ9 with a tsp 228r cam.

I ran Patriot 5.3's on my LS1. No problems and a great head for the price. I've never dealt with PRC but I hear they make quality parts. IMO the 5.3L head would be the better bet for your setup. It should have a smaller higher velocity port than the LS6 head resulting in better overall power with your cam selection. A larger cam would work better with the LS6 heads.

have never used any, but the prc's are proven heads and there are plenty of good numbers put down in the dyno section, especially on the tech side. You might want to give those a look before you buy either set.
