Just so you know if you don't heat the whole pulley just the center part it will actually shrink the center hole. Because the outside is the same size because it is cold so the when you heat the center it can only go inward.
The oven is the best method for heating.

ok i will give them back torn down, and give you the ls6 springs and valves, ect in a bag. its the easiest way for me.

I know, but I don't have an oven at the shop, and I dont have air at my house. So I had to improvise.

But I am not going to put it back on till I can fix my crank threads.

true, me too! I am happy with the way it is running. even untuned it idles ok, and had a torquey seat of the pants feel to it. I have a TBSS intake that should go on next week, with a new 90mm N2O outlet plate, and some new BR6EF ngk plugs. And let the tuning begin.
