Default Help!!!!!!!

So I just picked up my 6.0 from the machine shop and last night i went to put it together only to find out the rods arent numbered!!! What the hell do i do now? the machine shop isnt open till tuesday and I'm hearing mixed opinions on if it will be ok or not just to slap it together. the block was honed and the crank was polished. its getting new rings and bearings. Am I screwed?

There isn't a stamp on the piston anywhere? Are you sure there isn't a number hiding somewhere?

hey brother if you would like should me a pm and i will contact you to explain over the phone wha to do. its not gonna effect the balance at all. balanceing is done by taking one piston and on rod with the wrist pin and lips(if you use them)and weighing them to get a bob weight.them they either take away or add weight to the crank to get the balance correct.there are soome other things if you wanna get into great detail but thats the general idea of what happens. by the way ive assembled quite a few engines for racing only applications and only installed rings and bearing at the end of each FULL seaon. what help to understand it.....shoot me a pm sunday morining 10-31-10 12:30
