Default How hard is it???

to swap out cams in a 2004 Truck with a 4.8?

I'm just looking for others that have done it, and what I should look out for and be ready to tackle.

Without the right tool, the springs are harder to do than the cam...the Crane valve spring tool makes the job a piece of cake (if it's still available)
