How long do rings take to seat?

I feel so relieved!!

Yesterday when we got on it and it was smoking it was pulling pretty hard. Then right before my wife let off it shifted gears and pulled super hard. I think that was the rings seating in. We just took it out again to try a few things and it pulled hard as hell. With out a bit of smoke what so ever, Dip stick stayed in too. I think I'm going to go ahead and change the plugs out though. It's still kinda breaking up. It launches real hard the stutters as it goes Into boost then it kinda plains out. Pulls real nice but you can tell there is a hiccup in it.

Moral of the story, it isn't smoking anymore!!

That's what I wound up doing. Cut the pump a couple times to get in some strong braking. Everything looks good now. Had to faten up a few spots and lean out a few. But it was very small amounts.
