How much power did I lose?
So I set my truck up for turbo but something came up and it's not going to happen as quickly as I had hoped. My demoding included going from 235 239 110 lsa and .620 lift cam to a tiny 226 230 114 lsa .598 lift on a 408. I also removed ported stage 3 ls6 heads and installed stock 317's which lowered my compression from 11:1 to 9.6:1 and flow less. Also did away with fast 90/90 and installed vic jr. What do you think?

I bet alot. You got rid of the big cam, got rid of the badass flowing heads, got rid of the high compression, you almost have a larger bore cammed 6.0.
