Unhook the coil packs, then get back and hit the key. The starter does all the work. I've done it a couple of times it works great.
believe it or not that works great, but its kinda scary lol

A 1/2" Eathquake gun from Central Pneumatic works very well, and it's under 80 bucks online. I found mine at the local Harbor Freight Tools when it was on sale for $60 about a year ago. It's not only strong enough to remove the bolt itself, but strong enough to pull the damper off with the puller!!!

Also U Gotta Take In Mind That If Ur Compressor Doesnt Hold As Much Pressure It Might Not Come Out As Easy That Y I Got Me A Bigass One Now
