You are correct sir, the newer style truck waterpump has an upper hose fitting that comes straight out instead of going upwards and angled, so it will not conflict with the throttle motor.

i'll be a supporter at the SAR meet, if thats the one youre talking about, i'll be ready for the HPT meet april 16th at houston raceway park..

you can use the truck alt/pwr bracket just need to modify it, itsnt all that hard, pending on pump you'll need spacers then move the idler pulley to the center bolt hole of ther alt/pwr bracket with a spacer.. then get the right belt and youre good to go..

im not running the stock shortblock anymore its been studded & oiled and wrapped then set on a shelf for a rainy day

im having a nitrous fed 410 built with a direct port, stand alone fuel system then still have to install the cage , just finished up the cam specs at 25x/26x had the ls3 heads reported once again waiting on a few other parts to come in and then should have her together hopefully with in the next 2 weeks, she will probably be finished by the 26th but probably wont be ready for SAR for nitrous runs.. i'll still have alot of R & R to do..
