A HUGE thank you to Richard@WCCH
I had the pleasure of talking to Richard again today (after discovering some very unpleasant crap in one of the bolt holes on a head I was planning on using for the C5 -- which was too small for the 427 anyway...).
I ended up purchasing a set of WCCH-Edelbrock 245 heads and should have them in 10-15 days. He really took care of me on these heads -- going to mill them to the cc I needed, upgraded springs -- an awesome setup for the 427!
Richard is the MAN!
I always said the next set of heads I bought would come from Richard!!

Wow! Thank you Erik. I'm truly humbled by your post and the responses. I also owe thanks to the entire PT.net community for all their support. I like to think we treat all our cutomers as we would like to be treated. Over 30 years ago I WAS a customer. Back then the shop was Hogan's Head shop. Now Hogan's Racing Manifolds in Santa Maria, CA.. I liked the quality of the machine work and their over the top customer service. I like to think I learned the trade from one of the best.
Thanks again for giving us the opportunity to support your cylinder head needs.

Richard CNCed a set of OEM heads for me nearly 10 years and 90K miles ago. The engine is still running strong and the top end has never been unbolted since Richard finished with the heads. That says something for his work. Just think of all the additional experience Richard has gained since he did my heads years ago. I'm sure he's only gotten better at his trade.
