My vote would be the 1518s. That's what I got to run with my EPS cam.

Why do you say that? I run them in my own truck, and so do some of my customers, all without any troubles.

i have heard from several reputable engine builders in DFW that the dual springs tend to bind and break or bend pushrods as well as put way too much added stress on the rocker arms. i dont know first hand, thats just what i have been told

Plus the added weight of being two springs, as well as the added weight of the retainers.

14,000 hard as hell miles on mine and no issues...i don't think i'd EVER run another single spring after what I went through. not sayin they aren't adequate but after my experience, never again...

Dual springs, hardened pushrods, trunion upgrade from comp on stock rockers. There ya go, an awesome valvetrain setup.
