So do you have a AFR gauge hooked up all the time?? Thats kinda what the eyes were for, the plug looks ok from the little bit that you can see in the pic..

Yea, I have a wideband on the pillar.

Blown 04(Ben) and I will have it out probably Friday night so I will know what happened to it then.

I was have issues with it blowing the dipstick out. I fixed the PCV issue but am wondering if there wasn't some oil in the intake still.

do you use efilive?


is the LQ4 completely stock?



I'm just asking ?'s man so hopefully we can help you out so this doesn't happen to the next engine.I hurt my original 5.3 from a poor tune and my first 6.0 was my fault-not the tunes.

We use hp tuners and it was a stock LQ4 with springs and push rods. I never had any troubles out of the 5.3 so it is going back in with no F/I for now until I rebuild the 6.0.
