Manley Dual springs FTW. Had them in my other truck that were used with 10k miles in them already and I loved them. Quiet too

I hope mine hold out until I can afford a 6.0L
The old comp918's broke at the tip...this seems more like installation to me. He was cutting it real close with his specs on his cam as well. I wouldn't be so quick to blame the spring.

i'd rather have a set that won't break or sag. PAC's are the only springs i would use or recommend.

The PRC springs act the same way the Patriots do? You just cant beat $380 for springs, seats, retainers and pushrods when you are doin a budget build like me. But at the same time I dont want something that is going to break.

same here the new 918's (silver/titanium) colored ones are pretty damn good...everyone just needs to stop all the "hear say" BS about the springs IMO

On an NA powered vehicle with a .550 lift cam, I'd be hard pressed not to use the LS6 spring.

I have an original set of 918 springs that are working great after 6 years of use.

But, I recently bought a set of PAC 1218s because I don't trust buying new 918s.

A local Trailblazer SS owner had a 918 spring 'issue' last month.
