Those lift numbers are in the ballpark for a hydraulic or solid flat tappet cam. But if your solid roller those numbers are very low.
This is for a hydro roller cam..

Pretty sure thats them with bigger intake and exhaust valves.. Will have to look at the sheets again. They are bad *** heads..

EDIT after thinking, still not looking at the sheets, i think that is the same heads with the 208,106.. I have just been be bopping around on diff builds, found a engine similar to what we are doing, only running a solid roller cam, the specs seem to differ a bit..
613 lift, 255 262 on 114 lsa.. With a solid cam I think you need a lil more lift to get that of a hydraulic. I do know that a solid cam has a faster ramp, will keep a valve open longer then a hydro one.. Still seems the lift is on the small side..

Your not limited on heads. Its the fact that most guys are not used to looking at max headflow lift to spec a cam.Im willing to bet his suggestion was due to being safe. Hydraulic roller cams in sbc are not able to take the abuse from quicker ramp rates of a higher lift cam like we are use to.Also could be valve springs are not up to the task or maybe you havent bought'em idk.At any rate it comes down to being conservitive or smart by specing a cam that will get you what your lookin for while on the same token your not ridin the ragged edge of valvetrain components.SBC base circle jus wont allow the same lobes as ls engine its jus too small. If you want rpm go solid no question bout it.You can get some serious lobes with S.R.Btw.looks like he picked the cam out of comps mag on XER lobes.

Mike at comps spec'd the cam. I duno if it is a off the shelf grind.. As far as the rpms that the cams are capable to twist up in a sbc with hydro's vs a ls I am aware of.. Also the seat, springs need to be more for a hydro cam.. With that said, yes it is def going to be a street car, I am aware about the beni's of a solid cam. But I do not want to be setting lash every 1000 miles.. I just think with the specs giving that some more lift could be on the cam, even if it is getting stuffed into the engine..

You could put more lift go find out how much those valves weigh and we can calc out a lil more for you.Btw whats the rocker ratio, con. rod size, piston height/style,comp ratio not sure you mentioned it,desired boost, and goals for you setup? We can figure out a lil more safe lift imo.Jus need to know more about.

Rockers are 1.5's. Will have to get specs on deck and all as it is all at the shop.. Not sure on the valve weight, here are the specs on them from dart
Valve Length: 5.035” (+.100”) (std 4.935” w/1.437)
Valve Stem Dia: .3415” - 11/32”
Valve Train: Std SBC 3/8” or 7/16” stud mount
Valve Guides: 1/2” OD Int = Mag-bronze Exh = Phos-bronze (.002” press)
Valve Guide length: 2.100”
Valve Guide clearance: .0014” - .002” (with our .3415 dia. valve stem)
Valve Guide Spacing: 1.890” exhaust moved .030” from intake
Valve Seats: Powder metal, .006” press
Valve Seat dim. Int - 2.160” x 1.810” x .350” Exh - 1.650” x 1.350” x .350”

Boost I imagine will be 15+ area( will be IC'd)
Rods are 6'', from howards, billet H beams..

Right on glad to see 6" Howards beams.Use 7/16 studs since your gonna have to use some stout seat pressures.P.R.'s specs? You need the valve weight ohh and what lifters?
