Katech heads
seems as if im the only one that jumped on these heads, just wondering why??? Katech has stage II 241 cncd heads for $299 each (+20%off when i ordered). i havent been to a dyno yet but the performance increase is def. felt in the seat. im guessing a 30-40hp increase for $480!!!! these guys are one of the best with ls motors. just wondering why noone else has tried them out?? Link??? You can't get new heads for that much. Much less cnc ported ones? The only heads I see on their site, is their stage 2 243 castings which are bare for $850 each.

ill see if i can figure out how to post a link, in not very computer savy. i can tell you i got TWO cncd 241 heads from Katech for $480($299x2-20%=$480) plus shipping.

well looks like link no worky. go to ls1tech and member search for Katech, then look at threads started by Katech, then go to second page and look for cylinder head clearance. youll find it.

3 bills a head is frickin awesome, and Katech is a well respected company! That's a crazy low price. (to post a link, go to the page that you want to link to, right click on the info in the adress bar at the top of the page and choose "copy", then just paste the link into your post)

i know they had more than one set because i asked when i ordered mine if they had another set and the jason said they did. although i dont know how many sets they had. anyway i was really surprized when didnt see anyone talking about them on the boards. if there are still sets to be had id jump all over them, im really happy w/ the one i received truck feels much stronger now. almost like the heads kind of tied all of my other mods together. ill look and see if i have pics of the heads before install they were really nicely worked. i was on a really tight budget and swapped over my pac-918s and valves. all i had to buy were gaskets, bolts and valve seals.
