It's a brand of rod bolt. Many people say they are better than ARP.

BTW What do you use to remove those metal things?

And are ARP rod bolts reusable since I'm going to have to pull 2 of them out?

You use the factory rod bolts to remove the "metal things" just leave then in a little ways and pull. The "metal things" will come out still hugging the threads.

Yes ARP rod bolts are reusable.

Alright anyone researching to do this mod. The metal things were kind of a b*tch. A few of them came out with vise grips pulling on the bolt. The front ones with the steering in the way, I just undid the bolt and let it hang, then popped it out with my smallest pry bar. Only one bolt came out leaving the metal piece behind, and I had to pry it out with a small screwdriver. I hope I didn't scratch the inside of the hole too bad. It would be nice if ARP told you this sh(( in the instructions.
