Going from 5.3 truck intake setup to L92 truck intake setup. What do i need to do with the fuelrail ? 1999 fuelrail has regulator and feed & return lines.L92 fuelrail has no regulator and feed line only ? Do i need to do anything with the valley cover or bolts ? Any help Thanks

Unless your 6.2 has AFM you shouldn't need to do anything with the valley cover. As far as I know there are not any factory return style fuel rails that are compatible with the L92 intake so you may need to purchase an aftermarket set, but IF somebody can confirm that they would bolt down without the crossover tube you might be able to modify a pair. Alternatively you could mount an adjustable fuel pressure regulator(w/return) in the engine compartment and then just run one braided stainless line to the factory L92 rails.

I got a 99 corvette fuel filter that has the regulator in it. When i did my l92 swap i moved the lines more towards the passenger side and connected the fuel filter directly to the fuel rail with the inlet and return line connected to the filter.

This is pretty much the most cost effective way to do it.
