my rcsb o6 has a fully bolton lq9 with supposibly ported 317 heads.???????? will the new l92 heads and intake help? what intake the car or the truck one? what gains should i be getting? i was told 50 to the wheels

 

There's a number of car guys on the Tech side that are making over 500rwhp with relatively small cams (mid 230's) with L92 heads. The car style intake (L76) will make more upper rpm power than the L92 intake. You will have some fab work to do to install this on your truck. It's not just a bolton upgrade. You will have to do some work to the fuel rails, wiring etc. Also, it would help if you have some 1 3/4" long tubes or better yet 1 7/8" pipes.

for the l92s run the l76 intake. i have that setup on my 408...as for numbers none yet
