Default Little Insight on Lifters, Rocker Arms and Pushrods

I am tearing the top end off my Tahoe 5.3L next week to check out somethings, I am looking to change and upgrade the Lifters, Rocker Arms and Pushrods at least and have the heads proffesionally cleaned as well. Anyone know some good parts to throw in and anything else I may want to change out while I am in there. Already got tuned by Wheatley and will have retuned once work is done.

do you have a cam and are you getting new valve springs? go with hardened pushrods (lenght depends on the whether or not the heads get milled) new valve springs, ls7 lifters, and the stock rockers should be fine. Maybe some harland sharp non adjustables or the comp trunion upgrade would be nice. I am about to do heads myself, going to go with prc .650 duals and ls7 lifters
