Default LM7 5.3,iam in need of cam info.

iam building a 5.3 and iam trying to find out how big i can go with the cam with out changing my rockers, ill change the springs but everything is stock on this engine, i just want to go bigger on the cam, the guys at comp cams gave me a cam they thought would be good,The cams duration @ .050 is 206/210 Lift is .450/.480 with a 112 LSA, iam not sure what kinda of gain it give over stock, but i would like to get as close to the 400hp mark as possable with out changing to much, this engine is a swap out for my 1990 chev short bed excab 4x4.thanks for looking any referances would be good.
