do you think ls6 springs would be enough for my app? i hear alot of pros and cons on springs on this website but i never really hear any bad beef on the ls6 springs in low lift apps like this. let me know your thoughts and if you have ever had this combo or close to it before.

the ls6 cam i have right now has 551-547, that is the only reason i was questioning it. i know this has 551 straight across. the only thing that is much different is the duration

Roger Vinci himself says that those springs will be fine with that cam, that's what he told me when I bought the Trucker and I told him that I already had yellow LS6 springs in my WCCH StageII 317's. SDPC used to sell a Crane 220/224 .551/.551 114, which is also a Vinci Stangbanger, and they recommended the yellow LS6 springs for that cam which uses the same style lobes, has the same lift, only with more duration. You will be fine

I recently spoke with roger as well, and he suggests the use of his heavy duty dual springs with his "butt kicker" cam that I inquired about.
Ls6 singles or heavy duty duals?
pros, cons?
