Default LSA question...

Other than the choppy idle of a 111 LSA does it effect any of the valve train?

No it doesnt, it has a little bit to do with idle, but more so the range of your powerband.

A tight lsa cam will make more peak hp, but has a narrow range vs one with a wider lsa, might not make as much but will be broader. Part reason being that the the tight lsa doesn't make or have as much gas/ exhaust velocity in the heads as one with a wider lsa.. The more lsa will have a wider flater hp-tq range

Good info, also plan on spining it to the moon to get any good power out of it ie. 6500-7000
