Speaking of Made in China...I was waiting at the parts counter at my local dealership the other day and noticed one of the new GM Goodwrench parts, whose box was clearly marked "Made in China (Mainland)"

I like the warning labels that follow the the made in china on some products. "Items contain lead wash hands after use."

Yeah, how stupid. Instead of trying to improve a weak point of the LS, they try to improve one of the strongest features of the engine, cross bolted mains. The girdle might be an improvement on a small block chevy, though.

I believe the thought of these girdles preventing the caps from walking has pretty much been disproved unless they are pinned to the main caps...which requires machining to do so. The hp increases noted on DMP's website seem a bit BS'ish.
