Default Milky looking oil in intake manifold?

I'm in the process of pulling the head. So i removed the intake manifold and after i set it on the floor i passed back by it a couple minutes later and noticed it was spewing oil from the throttle body so i tilted it forward and opened up the throttle and it cam pouring out any reason for this?

Oil gets sucked in through the PCV system on the GENIII engines, many of us run oil catch cans to band aid this. Search here and the GM Exhaust and Performance section for "catch can" and you'll find enough info to make your head spin

No big deal. Won't hurt anything if you leave it be.

actually it can hurt over time. heat causes it to carbon up in intake reducing airflow. same thing happens in heads. have had mine off a couple times. had to clean em up both times cause of it. a catch can is a great idea.
