Default More 5.3 cams

I got 12 Chevy 5.3 with a 6" lift and 35s. Its mostly stock engine wise minus a Dynomax muffler and a zippy tune. I just put in 4.56 gears and now I have the mod bug. My intentions are to put lts and intake before the snow melts and once it warms up I want to put a torque converter and cam. I occasionally tow about 5000 lbs (toys, camper, boat, etc). Of course I want the lopey idle and some decent hp gains. Looking for some advice on what spec cam and what spec torque converter.

A 3000 stall with a TSP 220 cam wont hurt you much at all.

ran my TSP220 with a circle d 3200 and it moved pretty well for a lifted truck. defanitly would suggest it.
I always wish I ran a 3600 stall with that cam but a 3000-3200 are not that bad with it.
I towed with that setup all the time to
