well, the reason i was thiking patriot gold myself, is that i plan to upgrade to a tc-78 and 15psi when i build my ls1. if ls6 springs would hold this with a ls6 cam then i'd be happy. i will replace the rods when i do build so i rev higher with higher boost and not worry.

After re-thinking, it all makes sense...LS6 parts=factory parts, so factory pushrods should work, not sure if they're the same length or not, but the lifter may take up any slack. Does the LS6 have the longer valves?

yeah ls6 has longer vavles but same rods. that is what i gather from my research.
