Correction on the sensor harness extensions, its the cam sensor not the crank sensor harness that requires an extension. Also you need to come up with a solution to the crank 58X signal on the new engine vs your 4.8's 24X signal. Maybe change the reluctor wheel on the crank.

why not a 07 classic body style pcm. they have the same 4l60e and use the same crank (58x)and cam sensors. it will also work with you tac and electric gas pedal. it would just need a tune for the larger displacement. i bet you could sell that pcm for the price of the one you need.
